What is EMDR therapy:

EMDR stands for (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

EMDR is an extensively researched psychotherapy modality used for the treatment of trauma that is recommended by the World Health Organization and the American Psychological Association. It is also one of the only types of therapy used and approved by the VA for the treatment of PTSD/trauma.
