Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy focuses on the goals and needs of the individual. Each person is unique and it is crucial that session work focus on what is relevant to you.

Both 50 minutes and 75 minute sessions are available. Session length is determined by the needs of each client.

Marathon Sessions

Extended EMDR sessions are great for the person that would like to work on resolving concerns more quickly, persons who have experienced a recent trauma, and those who have limited time to spend in therapy. Ask to see if this could be a good fit for you.

Marathon sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and are a minimum of three hours. Sessions over three hours will include a scheduled break.

Both 50 minutes and 75 minute sessions are available. Session length is determined by the needs of each client.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy is therapy done through a HIPAA compliant live video service (similar to Facetime or Skype). This type of therapy is a great option for those who are unable to be seen in person due to scheduling or geographic distance.

Teletherapy is available upon request and is subject to screening. We are only able to provide teletherapy to those in Texas.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

 • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

 • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

 • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
